Instructions for sending communications
The Scientific Program will include poster, oral and short oral communications, the short ones selected among the best abstracts accepted as poster.
Once the abstract is submitted, the decision of the Scientific Committee must be awaited.
Each participant can submit up to two abstracts as presenting author, but only one abstract could be selected for Full oral communication.
Before Abstract Submission, please take into account the following recommendations:
- Abstract must be written in English.
- Abstract must be two pages maximum.
- Authors must use the abstract template and strictly follow the Guidelines explained inside the template. ONLY WORD DOCUMENTS (.doc and .docx) WILL BE ACCEPTED.
- Name the abstract as "EAAOP-7_abstract_author surname" or, if the author submits more than one abstract, also number it "EAAOP-7_abstract_author surname_1".
- Abstracts not complying with the template WILL BE SENT BACK FOR CORRECTION.
